Continuing Education Credits for ADP Clients
ADP is a member of the International Association of Continuing Education and Training (IACET) and an approved provider of both recertification credit hours (RCH) by the American Payroll Association (APA) and continuing professional education (CPE) credits by the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA). Most ADP courses are eligible for RCHs, CPE credits, and continuing education units (CEUs).

RCHs, CPE credits, and CEUs provide recognition for updating or broadening professional competencies and may be used to maintain certifications, such as the Certified Payroll Professional (CPP), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Professional organizations establish their own certification procedures which are subject to change.

Technology Fundamentals
Are you new to Windows or Web-based applications? ADP offers supplemental technical training at a discount to clients through our valued partner: New Horizons®. Take advantage of these introductory technology courses to help you prepare for your ADP product training and reduce your learning curve.

Choose from a wide variety of technical training courses including Microsoft® Windows®, Internet Explorer, and Access and Excel spreadsheets and databases. New Horizons courses are delivered via the traditional classroom, the Internet, and the virtual classroom.

Because you are an ADP client, you may take advantage of the discounts and large selection of other technical training offerings as well. Our agreement allows ADP clients to attend any training program offered by New Horizons at a 20% discount off their list price.

Enrollment Procedures
New Horizons has a toll-free number and a primary contact who will work with you to meet your training needs. You can visit the New Horizons/ADP Web site to view schedules and locations as well as register online for a training event.

ADP customers must register by phone using the toll-free numbers or take advantage of the online registration. You must identify yourself as an ADP client during phone registration to receive the special discount.

You will be expected to pay vendors by credit card upon registration for all courses. New Horizons will send or e-mail a written class confirmation to you.
