How do I verify that a payment has been forwarded to the correct agency or individual?
Contact your client service representative who will verify that information for you.

Since starting your service, I have noticed that the amount you withhold for garnishment differs from the amount that I previously withheld. What accounts for the difference?
ADP maintains a massive table of wage garnishment calculations and rate tables which will be more exact than a manual calculation. Refer to the Calculation Guide and review how our system calculates the particular type of lien or garnishment.

What number should I use for a court order that does not reflect a Case Number?
Look for a number referring to an account or docket number. If the number can still not be determined, fax a copy to your client service representative who will help determine the account or docket number.

How do I adjust an incorrect payroll check?
Refer to the Information Guide and follow the steps for issuing a manual check to replace the erroneous check.

How will ADP respond to an agency notification that they received a payment without an accompanying case number?
ADP will contact the client to request an appropriate case number which will be updated to the client's file and added to future disbursements to the agency.

How will ADP respond to an agency notification that a payment was mailed to the wrong address?
ADP will contact the client to request the current, correct address, update our local records and ensure the new address is used for future disbursements.
